No. Not Spiraea.
Spiraea have leaves that are alternate on a twig.

It is Euonymus sp.
Euonymus have leaves that are opposite on a twig.

Probably Euonymus alatus...it should go the most fabulous colour in the autumn.
Flowers are tiny...easily missed.
Small seed pods.

Cheers for this SS....that's ig alright.

Couldn't see it at the nursery from where I bought but went back with the info you gave me and was able to find it again....cheers.
