Nice to look at while washing up! And it should last a good while. There are narcissus canaliculatus underneath, for early spring. I've never seen the narrow-leaved ivy before. I got it from Homebase and for 5 and divided it into 4. Good value!

The sarracenia I bought at Bloom - it has done really well and must be four times the size it was when I got it - all it ever gets from me is rainwater and there is a distinct absence of flies in the kitchen! I'll have to repot it in the spring.

That's lovely GG. My kitchen window doubles as a cat flap so the only plant I have is a rather tatty Aloe. The window faces North anyway, but I have the veg garden and the bird feeders to keep me entertained.

Front windows are a different matter. The Christmas cacti are early and doing VERY well.
