Well that quantity makes a difference, I presumed it was just a few stalks. Can you define your understanding of brown and green.

Potential damage will be caused by roots getting into the pipework. Are you sure it is a septic tank and not a treatment plant?
General rule of thumb is to find out the mature height of those trees a ...

You misunderstand me SS. A similar type of flower I was looking for, ones that wont have their heads chopped off by the mower. I like the idea of a coloured lawn.

Japanese anemone was taken to be a weed and removed completely. We were just interested in what it was.
