I think parsley gets bitter the older it gets so it would be an idea to harvest it and dry it or freeze it.there are great tutorials on freezing herbs on you tube.

i neveer got the chance to lift my leeks as yet and i noticed scapes on them similar to garlic scapes and wondered if i could use them in the same way.
