Neighbours are all affected too and many have resorted to artificial grass. So its a common issue and down to clay soil and bad drainage. How did you determine Cairnsfort btw ?

We sit on the other side of that wall. The guy who built it took 7 days from dawn to dusk to build it, breaking up the stone by hand. Was amazing to watch. Such a beautiful craft.
