Roasted buckwheat is lovely as is Millet. Honestly..i eat them all the time

You can grow from sprouted potato. They need warmth for growing and I have seen the plants (vines) fir sake in a garden centre in Blessington this year and last year

My peas were reproducing well untill the weather turned so hot. I got great cucumbers and courgettes and strawberries though. Ive planted winter cabbage, kale and winter lettuce plants

Thank you. I didnt grow tomatoes this year as my friends have a glut of them so I will def be doing this recipe.
