I travelled down to west Limerick today to collect some garden machinery , the countryside is really looking great today . Lots or tree damage from the dry weather but a lot of the plants are perking up . I was delighted to see that there were heavy showers here in my part of Dublin when I was away Laughing

Good reasons.

13 degrees c here in the west today.
Overcast, would not surprise me if it rained.

13 degrees in the west, but feels colder.
I suppose the rain has something to do with that. Confused

its about 13/14 degrees in dublin today , nice . The Dubs are playing some team from the west tomorrow Laughing ( I think they wear a red and green outfit ) in Croker . So I would like to wish them all the best and drive safely .
Part of the folklore in my family is that one of my ansestors crossed the Shannon in the 1840s and was so smitten by the Dublin women that he forgot to go back , understandable I suppose Laughing
