Looking at both again and from some time again in the garden today I think my clover weed is actuall wood sorrel and the other one still bittercress

It could also be black medick or birdsfoot trefoil, wood sorrel would not grow in the open in a garden I don't think, its hard to get scale from pic so I am only guessing.
