Not quite sure if Hello would pay 10 € let alone 10 mill for these little birdies . They don't really have that Brad and Angelina "beautiful look" yet Very Happy

Here is a snap taken last Saturday when they were only a few hours hatched.

I managed to get this snap around lunchtime today of my 5 day old chicks. Ain't they the ugliest babies you ever saw Laughing

Hard to believe they turn into doves really. Wait till the screeching for food starts. Laughing How soon will that be I wonder.

I realized i hadn't updated you all on my doves.
Well after surviving some torrential rain my doves fledged Monday the 1st of Sept. I am posting a few more pics of their journey from being "ugly chicks" to very handsome young doves Very Happy

Wow lovely to see the update Sundew. the tranformation from scruffy to feathered always gets me. What sort of a time span are we talking about on the pics?

They are looking good, a bit on the goofy stage yet with oversized beaks and feet. but everything will catch up soon enough. Thanks for sharing Sundew. Smile

Fabulous photos, Sundew, the Ugly Duckling song could have been written for those two beauties! What a transformation!
