I'll be starving with you Mick. Nothing, absolutely nothing done yet. Last years potatoes still in the ground, just cannot get a tractor in as the ground is so wet. Digging by hand as we need them. Haven't even cleaned out the greenhouse from last year yet. _________________ “It’s my field. It’s my child. I nursed it. I nourished it. I saw to its every want. I have a few things planted - still no spuds and I haven't sown any peas yet as there is nowhere to put them. The area I want to grow them has some, very late, sprouting broccoli just about ready.
Looks like it's broccoli for breakfast, dinner, tea .... _________________ Be humble, for you are made of earth

I planted out my Leeks the day before yesterday as I had to do something, they were pulverized with the rain yesterday but they are OK today. |

We are promised rain today, but after that summer , yes temps set to rise from Thursday . My poly tunnel is full of stuff, the spuds are in two ltr pots and every pot, box and container I could lay my hand on has something planted in it . _________________ Blessed are the compost makers for they shall inherit the Earth . |
