With my veg patch all covered up with black plastic, pending putting the bungalow on the market, I've not been a participant of late. I did, however, get into correspondence with a club in Drumbeg, NI, whose Secretary mentioned the following:-
'As soon as my seedlings have their first true leaves I gently blow on them to strengthen them and it also gives them an extra boost of carbon dioxide though not sure if that is good.'
Maybe a suitable outlet for surplus hot air? _________________ A novice gardener on newly cultivated, stoney ground. |
