Hi I wonder can anyone give me some advice ? I have some trees I would like to relocate around a garden, the trees i want to move are betula pendula g6/8 bareroot (whats on label) betula utilis, acer palmatum and cornus alba . I dont really have the option to hold off til winter can someone advise me please ?

| urbangardener, informative article here Tree transplanting. try to hold off until the trees shed their leaves at least would be my extra bit of advice. |

urbangardener you should consider driving a spade into the ground all the way around the trees roots now to sever them slightly. The tree will be adapting to some severed roots before you even move it later in the season. It worked well for me with a few shrubs. _________________ ______________________________
