I know theres Polys and daffs and ivy but does anybody know what the pink flower by the butterfly is

Skimmia or Viburnum tinus.
Flowers and leaves appear much closer to Skimmia though, Margo.

Agree with Margo...Skimmia sp.

Maybe one such as Skimmia japonica Rubella.
A male only shrub...ie no berries.
