Hi all, great to find this resource as we are begining to develope a plot of land and a house we were incredibly fortunate to acquire. Will post a pic of it soon, as we will need loads of advice, and we have been suckers already. Hope this site takes off like the nettles at the bottom of our garden Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
