Tar spot maybe???

Hi all
Maybe you can help me ID this problem that has appeared on my Ficus kinky. Over the weekend I just cut off the leaves that showed any signs of disease.

Looks like scale insect to me MargeSimpson. The hard black lumps are the insects hard shell. Most typical indoor greenfly sprays will shift them.
