Yes, the first is Rosa rugosa, unmistakable.
I think the second may be 'Peace'. I used to grow that one. If it is a very large rose with shiny, dark leaves and a good scent that would be about right, 80% sure.
The last is more difficult. As Silver surfer says there are SO many! But I would take an educated guess that it is one of David Austin's 'English Roses'. A little too peachy for 'English Miss' or 'Perdita'. But it might help to invest in a David Austin catalogue. But be careful - there are so many lovely roses in there, you might want to invest in more!

Hi Guys, many thanks for the replies. After determined digging in the dark I found the soggy labels. The second rose is the Peace as Sue said, and third rose is called Lovers Meeting (hybrid tea rose). Thanks Silver surfer and Sue Deacon for your help with identifying the roses.
I am looking for a border (low growing preferably) for around a fountain, what do ye think of the Rosa Rugosa planted as a hedge? I would need around 15 shrubs of spread 1m.

Rosa Rugosa makes a lovely, informal hedge, but it will sucker and grow the way it wants to. Depending on conditions it grows to a height of 3 to 5 feet.
It is a very tough, healthy plant and when the flowers have finished there are large, orange hips and lovely Autumn colour.

As if it isn't hard enough to identify roses (mislabelling) there is also the matter of 'sports'. I have a 'Just Joey' rose, I really love it's colour, but it tends to be flower shy. So I decided to buy 2 more and grow them together as one, large bush. Except the two new ones are a totally diferent colour. The old one, the same colour as the one I had in England, is a soft, dusky peach. The new ones are more orange. I think the original breeder might have something to say about that.
Also, I have a 'Bonica' that is 6ft tall, yet the books describe it as 'ground -cover'.

With 'Bonica' I wanted a big shrub rose and was surprised when I later found out it was supposed to be a ground cover rose. It marks my dog, Bonnie's grave and, although not scented, it is a lovely rose.
Funny thing is the Meilland family bred the rose we know as 'Peace'. It was originally called 'Mme A. Meilland'. It was introduced into the US on Armistice day in 1945 and was re-named 'Peace'.
The 'old' 'Just Joey' is a beauty. The 2 new ones are attractive, but just not the same - even the leaves are different.
Are we any closer to finding out the name of that last rose?

Thanks again for your replies, and I will maybe consider the Rosa Rugosa as bareroot later on in the year.

It is dead easy to grow and you can get it in a lovely white too. I got some from Future Forests. Not much to look at the first year, but four years on they are stunning.
