After living in Greece for 15years many old recipes are handed down--here is 1 for the beautiful egg plant.Slice the plant into half inch strips,soak in water for 20 mins,then pat dry with kitchen towel,then cover both sides with seasoned flour---then fry gently in olive oil.My mouth is now watering  |

Oh god stop it. Between this and the feta cheese, not to mention the 1/2 hour to my tea , I am salivating here.  |
