And a very happy, peaceful, productive, floriferous and prosperous New Year to all my forum buddies.
I love the card, Margo. Thank you for putting another smile on my face this morning. |

Well what a lovely day I've had after the stinky day yesterday. A proper plumber came and sorted our leak caused by a so called plumber who botched the job last year.
Gorgeous sunshine all day. Lovely Croagh Patrick in the sunshine after its white hat melted.
In the garden the bulbs are sprouting through, and the Polyanthus are out even some polyanthus.
In the polytunnel the daffs some in bud are coming through the cabbage. Even the strawberries have started to leaf up in the hanging baskets.
All in all a lovely sunny warm and contented day. Bliss. No wonder I love it here. |

Had another 3-4 hours of sunshine so just for an hour I've been in the Polytunnel this afternoon and started tidying it up as I lapsed the latter part of last year, so there was a lot of dead plants etc. Cut back all the deadwood on the potted dahlias. Now all thats got to be done is just dig it over ready for spring planting. |
