Tells me I cannot make another Entry so soon after my last one...left it for a while and submitted it again only to discover my original was accepted hence the 2nd Entry...tried to Edit it only to be told I can only Edit my own Entries...I was trying to Edit "My own Entry"...  |

I suppose, if you are on a public road, there might be an element of risk and a need for insurance but the same could be said for wheelbarrows and tools left outside the boundary fence plus strimmers and hedge cutters.
If Europe is daft enough to pass such a law, Ireland certainly isn't up to enforcing it so I think we can ignore it. In the last 7 years we've seen a Garda go past about 4 times and when, as I have, you've heard of car drivers being 'warned' five times for being on the road without a valid licence, and still nothing's done, I'm not unduly worried? _________________ A novice gardener on newly cultivated, stoney ground. |
