vegetable garden software

hi all,

I had for some time a vegetable garden software program, it didn't work that great and i have gotten rid of it, Embarassed

i won't mention which one it was, anyway, does anybody use a program at the moment, if so, is it good ? as I would like to start one again, to keep track of stuff.

Wedgetomb, look no further than MicroSoft Excel spreadsheet, made for accounting but can be used to track your plants. Just label a couple of columns, enter your veg or info and away you go. If you dont have excel, then you can download http://www.openoffice.org/product/calc.html which is a free spreadsheet program.

Thanks lads, but i like something more sophisticated, the program i had gave loads of info about the plants, soil conditions, you made your beds, etc, so i am looking for something similar, the trouble with it was that there were hitches that could not be ironed out and that stuff was being deleted when you did certain things, txs anyway

Well, i tiried out ths site, it is very colourful and looks nice, started a free trial account, but there isn't much more than laying out your garden, there are no facilities for info when your seeds germinate, when you plant, what lives, what dies, so it is very basic and expensive for that, i emailed them and they say that they will in the future try to put more features in.

In the meantime, i am still looking for that fabulous software....
