Hi there,
I am very new to gardening and we have quite a large garden (which is also notth facing) and I am planning to start putting dome time into the garden this year.
We also have dogs..Who are not garden friendly! The first thing I want to do is sow grass seeds - when is the best time of the year to do this...
Many thanks in advance:) |

Hello Pinkybear, any time from the end of March to the end of September is alright for your seeding.
Have a look at this article on sowing a lawn in Ireland ....... How to sow a lawn from grass seed in Ireland-Lawn Hints/Tips _________________ If you benefited from irishgardeners.com, please link to us or tell others, so that the site can grow and benefit more gardeners.
