i have house plants at the top of my kitchen cupboards and really need a long reach water bottle any ideas where i can get one or make one.I am heavily pregnant so cannot risk climbing up for the next few months.
Any advise would be appreciated.

I would suggest you visit your local garden centre and see if they can help you. They are more than likely to have what you are looking for. If not, have a look over the internet.

Can you reach them with a soup ladle? If so, fill the ladle with ice cubes and top up the pots with them. The ice cubes will slowly melt and water your plants.
