I checked into this for you bathterracelane and I came up empty handed.
It is hard enough to find organic grass seed, never mind organic lawn turf.
The organic grass seed suppliers I came across are mostly based in America (possible importation problems).
They quote approx 200 euro for a 22.5 kg bag of seed.
Versus 60 to 100 euro for a 25 kg bag of non organic lawn seed here.
The organic grass seeds found are all one variety of seed pack.
The typical grass seed you buy in this country is usually a mix of many seed types, fescues, bents, rygrasses etc.
A mix is good because you recieve grass types to cope with drought, cold, dampness etc.
I would never dissuade someone from going organic, however in your lawns case I suggest using a regular lawn seed mix or a turf lawn sown from a mix such as this.
When your lawn is established, then you can adopt organic feeding, weeding, moss and lawn pest solutions.
We can help you with those here at Irish gardeners.
This company is Emerald lawns in Derry.
It may be helpful, as they have many different grades of roll out turf.

Hi there
In Newtowncunningham here an area next to me is grown as lawn turf and he supplies myself with the turf for customers but he also Supplies Emerald Lawns etc. We seel it on-line for €2.50/yd2. He has a number of grades from specialist sports turf to general back garden.
Our grower Derek Black is the biggest grower of turf in ireland as he has over a hundred acres here and a similar in Galway.
Organic is not available, but he is pionnerign the development of a Glyphosate resistant grass - imagign you coudl spray your lawn with Roundup - gettign rid of scutch grass, weeds and all and the grass being unharmed!
Cheers
