Dead Hawk i think

Hi Guys, i was out in my back garden this evening, and to my horror i found what looks like a Hawk dead, on the seat of and old Tractor i have parked up. Do not know if its a Sparrowhawk, but its a Hawk of some kind. I was going to put up a couple of Pics here, but i thought it might not be appropriate to do so. Now do you think what happened was, that it may not have seen the Glass in the Tractor Cab, and just flew straight on to it. Really was a beautiful looking Bird

correct it is a sparrowhawk
