Hi folks i have 4 old strawberry plants in pots the only produce tiny berriesz 1 or 2 i understand the go straggly after a couple of years i repotted them last year no improvement i have bought new ones they are running and i have them tied into pots can i rejuvinate the old plants in any way or do i just dispose of them into the compost heap i don,t like to waste anything thats why i,m asking.. thanks in advance for any helps or tips on growing them would be appreciated. Also can i pin every runner from a parent plant? _________________ novice |

i suggest compost the older plants. and yes you can pin each new runner you should have a lot of new plants for next season. |
