Looking to ID this weed. Had presumed it was Ground Elder until I was thinking of eating it and looked a bit closer... Any thoughts as to what it might be??

looks a lot like meadowsweet, lovely frothy flowers in creamy white, smells like summer....... Very Happy . likes damp ground. hope this helps
