Apologies for being a bit late with this one, at work and overeseas, as you can see at the blog, internet connection sketchy down here Issued at 12:00 on 27-Jul-2011 Weather conditions conducive to the spread of potato blight will develop in many areas during the August Bank Holiday Weekend and will persist for much of next week.
