Just wonder if exist in Ireland any herbs collection centre? Here down in Europe (austria,germany,czech...) have that.
We can pick differnet sorts of medicinal herbs and make money selling them in collection centres. For example Black Elder (drying flower or fruit) can sell for 5eu/1kg...or bueberries for 6,5eu/1kg.....and many others....

Perhaps a local farmers market, would be like a herbs collection centre.
