Think I might buy a couple of above. What is the best feed? I want to leave them in pot out side front door.
What if I wanted to move them to another pot?
Any other relevant feed back appreciated |

Hi Banner,Your Buxus can tolerate Full Sun-Partial Shade or Full Shade,In full Sun do not let the Soil dry out and remember full Sun can cause Leaf scorching
Water regularly during growing Season and feed with Fertiliser,
When pruning{late Spring/Summer} make sure the Shears are clean to avoid Fungal Disease this can be done by cleaning in a Bucket of Diluted Bleach and repeat before moving on to each Plant.
When repotting {every 2-3yrs} simply remove the Pot,Finger loosen the Root Ball and reset in its new Pot using Fertile Soil.
Make sure the Root Ball does not dry out,in very warm Weather it would help to stand the Plant in a saucer of water which can be purchased to suit the Pot size.
Hope that is of some help to you.

sometimes these aldi/lidl plants are "pumped" up in controlled environments, and putting them out the harsh Irish climate can damage the leaves... as a precaution, harden them off before before putting them out in the wind / sun _________________ "But no one puts flowers

You dont need a Glasshouse,If your handy with your hands make a frame large enough to house the Plants,Put them in and cover the top with an old Window Frame or heavy duty clear Plastic, during the good Weather take them out and at Night or when its cold pop them back in and replace the covering, any good Plant Fertiliser will do the Job.by the end of the Season they should be hardy enough. |

or just make sure they are in a fairly protected place - against a wall or courtyard...
this is just a precaution... not a necessity _________________ "But no one puts flowers
