Looks like Prunus cerasifera nigra. Common name Cherry plum.

Looks like Malus x moerlandsii 'Profusion' (ProfusionCrab apple).
Are you getting any dark-purple fruits in autumn?

James is quite correct.
My error.
I see now that there are flowers open.
Cherry plum flowers are pale pink when open.

Hi Guy's. I have not noticed Fruit on that Tree before, but in saying that, this is the first year that i have seen it with so many blossoms. I will post a closer shot of it, later today. Many Thanks
