Hi all, we have been growing veg for 3 years now. Carrots have been great until this year. First lot harvested were fine. Most that were left in the ground for any length of time have a white core, or more precisely, a core drained of colour. They look like they were frozen. Some also have very small holes up into the core. Anyone have any idea what causes this and how to avoid it next year? |
