i dont know if i am doing something wrong but i decided to try loading a photo and it said 'the extension bmp is not allowed'.i am not good with computers but am trying to learn. any help much appreciated Embarassed

I think you need to change the ending from bmp to jpg.

(I'm not good with computers either. I use photobucket to upload piccies: it does it all for you.)

THANKS KS I WILL SEE HOW I GET ON WITH THAT. I WAS WONDERING IF IT WAS BECAUSE I TOOK THE PHOTOS WITH MY MOBILE PHONE. THANKS AGAIN

forest flame the Maximum Upload Size using our picture faculity is 256 KB in the following formats gif, jpeg, jpg, png, tga, tif . Any larger or any other format and the image will not appear. Photobucket as mentioned by kindredspirit is another route open to you.

odd that a mobile phone would take photos in BMP format...
you should be able to open the shot in any photo editor (including microsoft paint) and choose to save it as a jpg.
