I have this down tha back quite a while now, flowers in spring with a white flower. would like to get some more but dont know what it is anymore.

Looks like Japanese snowball Viburnum plicatum 'Mariesii'' or Viburnum plicatum tomentosum "Summer Snowflake"

Could it be a corylus? or some sort, dont think its a viburnum, flowers are not that big....

They are not always as full in the first photo.

Corylus flowers look like this......

Sorry Michael but I don't think you are right with Cornus florida. The leaves you show are toothed and matt whereas C. florida has shiny, untoothed leaves.
Mind you, I can't offer an alternative to Viburnum. I am confused. Confused Confused

It's not Cornus florida or any of the dogwoods which have much more shiny leaves and much bigger individual flowers not borne in clusters such as this Viburnum.

I have attached a photo of the Autumn colour on Cornus florida unfortunately I don't have any photo of the flowers.

I am not 100% certain which species it is however I would suggest it is Viburnum carlecephalum or perhaps Viburnum Eskimo.

Stunning flowers and Autumn Colour.
