i have been reccommended to grow GERMIDOUR WHITE PEARL AND SULTOP GARLIC WHERE CAN I PURCHASE SEED BULBS

I've bought seed garlic from Marshalls seeds for the past couple of years as I was unable to find a source in Ireland. The garden centres around here only stock garlic in the Spring and don't seem to have heard of Autumn sowing!

i split a few bulbs of shop bought garlic last year and got a good crop from them. the bulbs are not huge but very strong flavour.

Does anyone know if the seed shops in & around capel st sell garlic bulbs at this time of year?

i think van der veld in aughram have garlic seed but they did not specify the vcariety

fruit hill farms sell garlic per kg but one of there agents will sell you garlic by the head of garlic and not by kg

I picked up some Germidour, Thermidrome and Cristo in Johnstown garden centre. They also have these varieties in Newlands garden centre. I believe Johnstown have Marco and lautrec wight aswell but there were none left when I was up there. I've been looking for German red, but can't find any suppliers at all in the UK or ireland so if anyone hears of any, let me know. Very Happy
