I would love to know what this climber is, I found it growing up the front of a building in Glengarriff, Co, Cork "High Street". Have tried to track it down. It is not the usual Viginia Creeper, someone suggested Parthenocissus Henryana but the leaves are smaller. The leaves are a very deep reddish chocolate colour whenever I have seen it.

hi pneilson
i think it is parthenocissus henryana and the reason for the smaller leaves could be due to the way it was pruned or age

Hi Forest Flame

Thank you so much - it has been bugging me for years. Have now placed an order with a local nursery. Hope it looks as good when it grows in my garden.
