These are some photos of a small garden I did in Dublin . The back garden was awkward because it rises about 10 feet in a lenght of about 30 feet . The solution was to make 3 seating areas to follow the sun during the day .

Wow lovely work Bugs. Do you work on gardens full time or is it just a hobby
If its just a hobby I think you should take it up full time. |

Thanks Birdie, Full time for a long time , I like this garden myself because of it's tranquility and ease of maintenance , the person whose garden it is can sit out for breakfast in the sun in privacy and still sit out at 11 o'c at night with a glass of wine . Bliss

Great varied use of colour, Bugs.
I love all the plant choices.
The only one I would not be a fan of is the Hebe "Red Edge" in the top pic.
Don't really like Hebes in general.
But they have a purpose and place in many Irish gardens. |

Lovely plant colour and intresting levels. Love the steps, railway sleepers I presume.
BTW what is that red plant infront of the window Bugs. |

Thanks again , the red plant is Photinia Red Robin , the red leaves turn green later in the summer and it should be pruned back to encourage new red leaves in the spring .
