Thanks, garlicbreath, I really enjoyed browsing through those photos. I've never been to Rossinver, but have read so much about it over the years, that I'm not surprised you found it inspirational.

Rossinver looks fantastic. I was aware of an organic centre in Leitrim that has training course for just about everything to do with gardening, but I don't think it's called Rossinver.
I'm going to Sligo next week so I think I'll have to factor an hour or so for Rossinver - Thanks GarlicBreath

Hi Sunnymount farm, The Organic Centre at Rossinver is the one you're thinking about. See their website for lists of courses, etc http://www.theorganiccentre.ie/
