Blood Fish and Bone Meal.
Any Garden Centre or DIY store,not sure of the price in Euro's but around £8 in UK, comes in 7 kilo tubs.

Osmo do a good crumbed organic universal plant food they also have a range of different ones for specific uses, you may be able to get it locally, if not you could get it on-line.

Also miracle grow do a pelleted universal organic food that should be easy enough to get. |

You can also use chicken manure dried pellets, but dig it in well... dogs loves it.
Like the B,F&B - you can buy a big tub from large warehouse retailers.
