I've just started my own vegetable garden over 250 meter squared , it's been grazed by ponnies for years, rotorvated it two months ago, i have planted peas, beans, pottatoes, cabbages, etc . The till is getting better , though i was weeding today and there are a lot of black beetles everywhere i hoe. Are they a problem ? If so how to get rid ? |

Black ground beetles are predators, so you don't want to go harming them, many of them predate on snails.
