Hello!

I have 2 green maple trees planted approx 7 yrs ago, they haven't really grown much in the last few years and I'm trying to figure out why, I planted a few more maple at the same time which are literally twice the size. The position in the garden is similar and whilst our soil is heavy the area where they have been planted is good and dry. The only thing these two trees have in common is that they both have yellow lichen on the branches. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks
