A couple of years ago Blowin sent me some tiny lily bulbs. The biggest ones flowered for the first time this year. There were only a few flowers and some were damaged by aphids. But it's a start - and worth waiting for!
I did PM Blowin about the flowers, but I thought I'd post these pictures and say Thank You on the forum.
This is what the forum is all about!

Glad to be of service, Ma'am. All being well, they should multiply in their container (as ours have) and produce a mass of bloom year after year.

PS - When the flowers have died back, you're left with what looks rather like an odd shaped (?) seed pod about an inch long. As something of a flower expert, is this what it is? And, if so, can additional plants be grown from them?

In theory, yes. But I've always cut them off so the energy goes back into the bulb for the next year.
Not sure if they would grow true from seed anyway.
