(Heracleum sosnowskyi) or Hogweed. Extremely toxic and can leave a burning rash

Yes, wear gloves, long sleeves etc. A friend got badly burned/blistered when he accidentally strimmed some.

What do you think the council will do.
RE house you?
Say nothing if you dont want it, just cut it down near the ground and pour Roundup into the hollow stem, Then if you dont like Mr Monsanto just cut it down anyway. The next question is where did it come from and how did it get there.
