I'm pretty certain I bought and planted Allium Purple Sensation in the autumn. These bulbs are flowering now but they don't look like purple sensation (from googling)

Looks like a Hyacinth.

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=hyacinth+white&rlz=1C1GNAM_en-GBGB687GB687&espv=2&biw=1536&bih=759&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiKlLKgmsXSAhWHA8AKHY7SChAQ_AUIBygC#tbm=isch&q=hyacintha+white&*

Definitely not Allium of any sort.

That's definitely a (scrawny) Hyacinth. Did you buy the bulbs loose or pre-packed? Are the other green leaves, behind it, the Alliums?

Must admit, I'd have Hyacinths over Alliums anytime.

I think you may be right actually Sue, i had a look at the other bulbs and their foliage is different to the Hyacinth and there's no flower stalk (yet). Must have been one Hyacinth amongst the Alliums

Thanks all
