I've seen this before. It's an impressive concept, but I have to ask why? In an age of climate change. Not sure the benefits of construction would outweigh the environmental costs.

The metal trees are covered in plants. Does it not bring people in to view nature and the skywalks give a unique and unusual view?

I suppose, if it's a way of greening a city, then it has to be good. I'm just suspicious of technological 'fixes' to natural problems - the law of unintended consequences so often applies.
