Can you identify the following vegetables according to the part we eat.
Here are the headings. Pick from one of the following.
• Root, Tuber, Stem, Leaf, Flower, Seed, Fruit, Fungi.
Here we go thinking caps on.......
1. Asparagus.
2. Beets.
3. Broccoli.
4. Brussels sprouts.
5. Carrots.
6. Cauliflower.
7. Cabbage.

Ahhh there was a few I wasn't sure of and didn't want to look an eejit!!! Too easy to check with Mr Google. Would much rather solve it myself.
