I got plenty last year and I let them flower the, too. Maybe it affects the size of the crop but I don't care!

Last time I ate them I made soup. That had a nasty effect on my bowels, so I haven't eaten them since. Having seen those flowers though, I might give them another go! Perhaps roasties this time...

They do tend to induce flatulence! Cooking them with caraway seed or fennel seed would prpbably reduce that
