Hi All, My Name is Mary and i am a student in Dundalk Institute of technology, studying creative media.
As part of the course, i am carrying out a survey on online forums to discover the impact they have on the people who use them and the benefits or not of such. Please take a few minutes to answer my questions and thanking you in advance for your contribution.

Had a look at your survey How old are you Option 1.
How did you find this forum Option 1.
I need more options to take part,
How come survey always ask whether your male or female why does it not give another option there. What age are you what difference does that make. On line you can be anything from 18 to 108 and you could come from mars.

A rewrite required there alright and correct a few spelling mistakes - makes it a bit more professional looking.

Hi Mary. A useful project this - I've just submitted a survey response. You still need to tighten it up. I suggest you only put one question in a box and that you think hard about what you hope to do with the information each question generates, before you ask.
Good luck with it.

that survey looks like it's just creating work for you; having free text fields for answers which should be radio boxes along the lines of 'daily/weekly/monthly' etc. would make it easier for yourself and the person filling in the survey.
