Marrow and ginger jam? Use it along with another fruit (green tomatoes, apples, rhubarb?) to make chutney?

Dry it and use it as a club to beat up punsters?

Door stop?

Scoop out seeds and bake with a meat or veggie stuffing?

Ha, i wasn't looking for an apology Ado. Cut a few slices off of it this evening and threw it in with a spag bol. Plate was empty so that is a good sign. Don't like chutney.
