That's just dessication. The leaves have been transpiring more water than the root system can supply the leaves with, so in response, the plants have shut down the edges of the leaves. Those bits of the leaf are dead. Just give them more water, more often, and they'll be fine. Don't remove the damaged leaves. They might look a bit ugly, but most of the leaf is still working fine, and the plants need every bit of sugar they can get.
