I've just gave my fruits trees a good chop & I'm wondering if I could use the branches to support my beans as the grow up or will I run into problems with rot? |

No. They'll be fine but don't look to them to last as many years as some other woods. For a permanent arrangement, go back to a last year's post called 'Runner Beans'. _________________ A novice gardener on newly cultivated, stoney ground. |

Thanks blowin I was only going to using them for this year so I think I'll give them ago.
I looked in that thread & definitely seemed to work👍 but with a smaller garden my needs change each year so I tend to work season to season |
